My name is Rossella Pace I am 28 years old and I live in the north of Italy in Novara. I have a degree in Education Sciences and Pedagogical Sciences, I also have a master's degree in Family and School Counseling. Since four years I have been working as an early childhood educator in a kindergarten in my city. My kindergarten welcomes children from 6 months to 6 years of age. I have worked mainly in the nursery part with children from 0-3 years old but I also have design experience with older children 3-6. I have had many tasks in these years: organization of daily activities, educational planning, observation of the different dynamics of the group of children, periodic interviews with parents. I would like to do a work experience abroad to put myself in play and immerse myself in a new culture also work-wise. I also have a lot of experience as a nanny.I would also like to improve my level of English, I have a B1 level.
